This mural honors the Kumeyaay people, the original stewards of the San Diego region.

At its center stands a figure representing the spirit of the land—surrounded by deer, hummingbird, and dolphin. Together, they reflect the balance of earth, sky, and ocean that existed long before Old Town was built.

This is not just history.
